“May You Be Blessed” – a great, short, video-reminder

Things are pretty hectic these days … what with the packing … and purging … and sorting … and getting ready to move in 2 weeks … and … well you get the picture.  In these busy and crazy days I do my best to take time each day to remember that despite the upheaval that is all around me at the moment … I am blessed.

I’m blessed to live without fear of war … or famine … or the threat of imminent disaster.  I’m blessed to live in a country where I am free to be me … whatever that looks like or sounds like … whatever gender I am … or race … or religion.  And I’m blessed to be able to share my thoughts … my feelings … my words … and my life with friends and family who love and care for meas much as I do them.

Sometimes there’s not a lot of time to pause and count the big … and little … blessings in our lives … and sometimes they may be harder to see than at other times … so today I am sharing with you a short video that never fails to lift me up and remind me that things are definitely good.  Miss Perky has made popcorn for everyone … so pull up a chair … enlarge the video to the full screen …  take a moment to relax and join Polly and I as we extend our heartfelt wishes that you may be blessed … ♥

Godspeed and Joyful Journeying Everyone
