Navigating the long, rocky road to dreams-come-true

“Things may take longer to work than we had hoped & the results don’t always look like we thought they would … but it’s been my experience that with time things usually do work out.” … Susanne

Often when I look at the world news I wonder what is going to become of us all. With so much killing, hatred, oppression and downright nastiness going on these days Miss Perky and I have been spending a lot of time chit-chatting with Capital “L” Life to try to get some perspective on the whole, darn mess. It’s all well and good to say that “Everything happens for a reason” … or … “Each person must walk their own path to enlightenment” … but here in this world … what does that mean?

As with most things I guess the best answer comes when I fall back on my own experiences. I always wanted to help people … you know … help them to feel better … to hurt less … and to see what outstanding souls they were. Like a lot of people I did my best to do those things. Sometimes I succeeded hugely … and other times … not-so-much. It took a huge … life altering … completely, unexpected trip through Medical Crisis Land to really up the ante and help me to take it to the next level.

Now that I’ve finally landed on Life’s distant shores my life is good and I am grateful.  I get to help people feel better and live happier lives pretty much every day. Miss Perky is becoming famous for her ability to make people laugh … Ms. Sunshine is planning on marketing a whole line of Celestial Vision Eyewear … and Life … well It just smiles a whole lot. It took a lot longer to get here than I had thought it would. The road was filled with an overabundance of potholes & detours … and the outcome doesn’t look at all like I thought it would … but you know what? It turns out that everything actually did happen for a reason … and this outcome was worth it all!

Godspeed and Joyful Journeying Everyone
